We are not responsible for viruses

We do not guarantee that our Site and the Content will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

Rules about linking to our Site

When we consider that a breach of these Terms of Use has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate including, without limitation, immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Site or its Content and/or taking legal action against you.

Law and jurisdiction

Governing Law. These Terms of Use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law.

Jurisdiction. We each irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use and all matters arising from it (including any dispute relating to the existence, validity or termination of these Terms of Use or any contractual or non-contractual obligation).

Our Trade Marks are registered

“QEC Project” is a UK registered trade mark of Innovate UK Quantum Error Correction project. 

You are not permitted to use this mark without our approval, unless they are part of Content that you are using as permitted under and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
