Edwards is the leading global vacuum supplier across many industries ranging from semiconductor production to electron microscopy.

Our role in the QEC project is for the design, assembly, optimisation and commissioning of an Extreme High Vacuum system, achieving 1e-12 mbar, in which the QEC quantum computer will be operated. Drawing on our un-paralleled experience and expertise developed across many years and vacuum application areas we are working closely with all other partners to ensure the delivery of a fully functioning platform for the QEC quantum computer to operate in.
